Laughter's Benefits



Laughter is a "healing" escape.  Since its benefits are so great, think about programming laughter into your life... intentionally!  Whatever you have to do to make it happen, be certain to include laughter as a regular part of your life. Let go of guilty thoughts.  It's okay to laugh.  More than okay, it will boost your healing.  You need moments - and intervals - of relief from your pain.  Author Dr. Will F. Fry, Jr.
