Your Best Investment

Everyone is searching for a great investment.  People are looking for an investment that will yield a high return.  Their question may be, how many shares must I purchase in order to receive a dividend?

Well friend, look no further.  You are the best investment.  Your dividends are low and your profits are high.  That’s because no one on earth knows about you except you.  You are the hottest investment on the market.  But why aren’t you benefitting and receiving the monetary rewards?  It is because you looked and searched everywhere except within yourself.

You’ve invested your time and resources with numerous jobs, companies, schools, organizations, positions, automobiles, stocks, bonds, gold, silver, franchises, and your friends new network marketing ventures, but what about you?

You are unique, there is no one else in the world exactly like you, nor will there ever be.  You were born with talent, skills and untapped potential.  That means that you have an unlimited supply.  Isn’t it sad that many people have died and that most of them never discovered the treasure that was within them?

When it comes to making an investment in life, you are the best investment that you could ever make, but because of being around negative people, you’re supporting everyone and everything except you.  Don’t waste your time and money.  Invest in yourself today.

Mr. Motivator has charisma

What is charisma?  It is defined as a special quality of leadership that one possesses or a special charm that captures public imagination and inspires people.  If you constantly worry about other people’s business and never think about your responsibilities, it could be an indication that you have no life.  It takes hard work and dedication to be the best at what you do, says Dr. Lorene B. Holmes.  Any enterprise that is built by wise planning becomes strong and profits wonderfully by keeping abreast of the facts.  Proverbs 24:34

Mr. Motivator’s Business Tips: Connect to people through the Internet

If you have a business, the internet can give your business a global presence – when you create a website that serves your marketing needs.  The majority of small businesses today are rushing to set up websites, and for good reasons.

It pays to have an attractive, user-friendly site because it can help you gain new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.  Here are some things for you to consider before making your presence known through the web.

Determine your online objectives.  You must set realistic goals because your website’s purpose will depend on your business, your customer base, and your marketing and sales strategy.

Information.  Don’t just throw something together.  You will need a description of what you are selling and easy access to order processing.

Promotion.  There are lots of small businesses that use the Internet to promote their goods and services – turning their sites into online sales brochures.

For example, you can give customers good reasons for doing business with you rather than your competitors, or explain how they will save money by buying from you now, at a discount, rather than waiting.

Referrals area the best sales leads

Referrrals usually lead to new business because you don’t have to advertise to get them…and they come “qualified.”  Don’t just wait for referrals—have an active program to generate them…

  • Give gifts, free samples, $50-$500 cash sweepstakes drawing, or a price discount in exchange for each referral.
  • Place “referral forms” in newsletters and other business documents sent to customers.
  • Hold business-sponsored social events for the purpose of obtaining referrals.
  • On delivering a product or service, ask for referrals.  Happy customers often will be glad to give them.
  • When a sale falls through, ask for referrals—prospects who feel guilty may feel they owe them.
  • Actively exchange referrals with other businesses.
  • When you give out your business card, make sure that you get one back in exchange from the individual that you gave your card to, also write a note or reminder on the back of the card some information or observation about that person.
  • Hold a drawing for referrals, and give a free gift out to the person whose name is pulled from the referral drawing.

Don’t Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out,
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit,
It’s when things seem worse,
That you must not quit.

  • Intensity (work hard, focus on recruiting and building a team)
  • You gotta have tenacity. (Most people quit before they get good at doing presentations or inviting people to meetings).
